I have a pretty mellow baby who only gets cranky when he is tired and needs help to fall asleep. In the beginning I would always tie the wrap too loose because I didn't want to squeeze the baby. Then I started to wear it tighter. It takes a while until you figure out how tight to wear it to make it comfortable for yourself and your baby. I find it particularly helpful after I tried nursing, changing diapers, burping, and the crying baby only wants to be held. After my back and arms are sore and I start getting in a bad mood I get the moby wrap. When the baby is not happy in the wrap at first I try some bouncing until he relaxes. I always tighten the wrap while holding the baby. I've found it impossible to tighten it first and then put the baby in. It's always too loose or too tight. I would recommend this wrap as it's one more trick in a parent's bag to survive the first year of the baby.

I love the Moby Wrap once it is on, but getting it on is difficult. I have to put it on before I leave the house because there is no way I could do this in the parking lot to take her inside a store. She likes it and usually falls asleep, but it is wintertime so I would be concerned with how warm it is for the summer. I always wear light weight clothing because we both are super hot by the time we are done shopping. It is comfortable other than the heat and I like that I can use different holds as she grows. We travel with this also, which though it is bulky, it is much smaller than a stroller would be! I tried other brands of carriers and this one is softer and much more durable which is nice. The fabric doesn't scratch her skin and she isn't bothered by having the "straps" around her legs. I think this is a great decision for moms and moms to be because it fits any size mom and any size baby rather than the other slings or backpack like carriers, which were hard for me because I'm really short and I couldn't adjust them enough!

I can't believe it has taken me four babies to find this sling! As a busy mom, I need about eight arms. This sling has at least given me my own two arms back. I've tried other wraps, slings, and carriers but they are all uncomfortable for the baby. This wrap gives me so many options that I can carry my baby how he wants to be held. The soft fabric just cradles him but holds him tight and secure. I also love that it fits me perfectly. I'm no model after having four children, but it would fit a model too. It is also easy to get in and out of. We take it shopping, on walks, or to the zoo. I use it frequently just around the house when my baby wants to be held but I have things to get done or children to play with. A+!!! I can't praise it enough.
