I got this as a graduation gift from my mom's friend whos in her 90's. She knew I liked Elizabeth Taylor's Gardenia perfume, so I imagine she thought I would like this one. While it does smell nice it's very strong and old lady smelling. It has a very old fashioned smell to it and its embarassing to wear if you are 18 years old..If you are younger than 40 don't buy this even 40's might find it a little too old school smelling...
